Race Taylor Added To WOGL/Philly
• Entercom unveiled an updated on-air lineup for Classic Hits 98.1 WOGL/Philadelphia that includes the welcome addition of Race Taylor in middays. Taylor, probably best known for his lengthy run at the late, great WPLJ/New York, will continue to be heard on Entercom sisters WCBS-FM/New York and KLUV/Dallas.
“We’re looking forward to adding a host as accomplished as Race to the 98.1 WOGL airwaves,” said David Yadgaroff, SVP/Market Manager, Entercom Philadelphia. “His passion for music and ability to connect with his audience will have a meaningful impact in Philly and we trust our listeners will love having Race keep them company through the work day.”
A very excited Taylor said, “I’m very excited to now be part of the rich history at 98.1 WOGL in Philadelphia. WOGL is such a fun and legendary Philly brand and I’m happy to be able to join this incredibly talented team. I’m bringing all of the brotherly love.” Taylor will be heard weekdays from 10am-2pm ET, tastefully sandwiched in between Glenn Kalina in mornings and PD Bobby Smith from 2-7pm.
