Romero To PM Drive @ KHTI/Riverside

• All Pro Broadcasting Hot AC KHTI (Hot 103.9)/Riverside-San Bernardino, CA has filled its afternoon drive vacancy with the hire of Santiago Romero.

Romero returns to his home state after his most recent stint as an air talent/ production/imaging dude for Entercom Top 40 KLUC/Las Vegas. He was previously Director of Production and Imaging for Kemp Broadcasting in Las Vegas, and Romero started his career doing afternoon drive on KCAQ (Q104.7) in his hometown of Oxnard, CA.

“Santiago has been lighting up Las Vegas for years,” said Rick Shaw, interim PD of Hot 103.9. “I’m thrilled to bring him back home to Southern California to conquer PM drive and the Empire!” Romero said, “I look forward to bringing my experience and passion for radio to the I.E. — Santiago in the Afternoons on Hot 103.9 — tell a friend to tell a friend.”  The Hot 103.9 afternoon shift was most recently manned by former PD John DeSantis, who exited in December.
