• Entercom Sports-Talk KGMZ (95.7 The Game)/San Francisco has inked a multi-year contract extension with Greg Papa to remain on the flagship station for the Golden State Warriors, Oakland Raiders and Oakland A’s. Papa has been with 95.7 The Game since 2014 and hosts The Greg Papa Show weekdays from noon-3pm.
“Greg Papa is an iconic personality in Bay Area sports media and we are thrilled to extend his contract,” said Don Kollins, PD of 95.7 The Game. “Sports fans can look forward to an expanded role for Papa on our airwaves; it’s an exciting time here at 95.7 The Game.” Papa will also make frequent appearances on the morning show with Joe Fortenbaugh, Lorenzo Neal and Dan Dibley. Papa is also co-host of The Happy Hour on NBC Sports Bay Area, host of Warriors Pregame Live and Warriors Postgame Live.
Papa said, “I’m happy we were able to agree on an extension. The best fans in the country are right here in the Bay Area and I’m fortunate to have the platform to talk sports with them daily.”
• Alpha Media, Portland, OR has hired Dino Costa to do afternoon drive on KXTG (102.9/750 The Game) starting today at 3pm. Costa arrived bearing five years of national experience, thanks to a five-year run with SiriusXM. Bruce Collins, OM of Alpha Media Portland commented, “I’m thrilled to bring a radio star like Dino Costa to The Game. Get ready Portland for an entertaining, informative, fun ride each day on your way home.
