St. Louis Situation: A-O-Kay

• We broke this news earlier this week, and now, it’s all official: Scotty Kay has been tapped as the midday host for Entercom Top 40 KNOU (NOW 96.3)/St. Louis. Scotty Kay in the Midday airs weekdays from 10am-2pm CT. Kay will retain his existing role as co-host for the Jason & Katie morning show on Country sibling WUSN (US99)/Chicago.

Kay joined US99 in August 2019, transitioning from mornings at Cumulus Top 40 KLIF (Hot 93.3)/Dallas. Previous stops include WWPW (Power 96.1)/Atlanta and WKSC (103.5 Kiss FM)/Chicago. Kay also competed on Season 11 of American Ninja Warrior, was a finalist on the first season of FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance and has been named “Best Live Entertainer” four times by DJ Times. “I love the power of radio — we all have a unique ability to make people smile, and it’s our responsibility to use it as often as possible,” Kay said. “I’m beyond excited to do that daily for my new family in St. Louis and at NOW 96.3.”
