Watkins Returns To The Eagle

Broadway Media Country KEGA (101.5 The Eagle)/Salt Lake City welcomes back a familiar voice — Jon Watkins returns to his former station, this time to track afternoon drive, while he continues to co-host mornings across the hall on sister Top 40 KUDD (Mix 105.1). The Eagle afternoon show has been vacant since former PD Brandon Young was named OM of Cherry Creek’s seven-station cluster in Wenatchee, WA and PD of Country KYSN (Kissin’ 97.7) and Hot AC KQBG (99.5 The Bridge).

Watkins (left) famously spent eight years with KEGA, rising to PD/morning co-host until last November, when he stepped down and crossed the hall to co-host the morning show on KUDD.
