WEEI/Boston Announces New Line-Up
• Entercom Sports-Talk WEEI/Boston announced a newly revised on-air line-up, effective August 13. The most notable change is afternoon duo Dale & Keefe (top) swapping timeslots with Ordway, Merloni & Fauria (below), who are currently rolling in middays
The new line-up looks like this: 5:30-10am: Kirk & Callahan, hosted by Kirk Minihane and Gerry Callahan; 10am-2pm: Dale & Keefe with Dale Arnold and Rich Keefe; 2-6pm: Ordway, Merloni & Fauria, hosted by Glenn Ordway, Lou Merloni and Christian Fauria; 6-10pm: Mut at Night with Mike Mutnansky; 10pm-2am: WEEI Late Night.
The new lineup marks a return to afternoon drive for Glenn Ordway, former host of WEEI’s The Big Show” from 1995 to 2013. Former Red Sox infielder Lou Merloni joined WEEI in 2008 and has co-hosted Ordway, Merloni & Fauria since 2011. Former New England Patriots’ tight end Christian Fauria has co-hosted the show since 2014. Dale Arnold has been a fixture at WEEI since the station’s inception in 1991, notably hosting The Dale and Holley Show from 2005 to 2011, after which he transitioned to Sunday mornings. The Dale and Holley Show was re-launched in afternoons in 2014, and Rich Keefe joined in 2016.
