Amador Named GSM Of Cali 93.9/L.A.
• Meruelo Media has hired veteran sales exec Mariano Amador as General Sales Manager of the company’s recently launched KLLI (Cali 93.9)/Los Angeles, “#1 for Reggaeton y Mas!”
Amador began his career at Univision Network’s New York offices and most recently served as General Sales Manager for Liberman Broadcasting in Los Angeles. In his new role, Amador will oversee all aspects of Meruelo’s local, regional and national sales and will be based at Meruelo Media’s studio complex in Burbank. He reports to VP/GM Irma Barrios, who remarked, “We’re so happy to have Mariano on our team! He’s the perfect person for the new Cali 93.9. He loves the music, the market, our listeners… and our clients love him! He brings amazing relationships and a well-developed market perspective to our quickly expanding Meruelo Media cluster.”
