Burdine-Fly Announces Retirement

• Veteran broadcast executive Zoe Burdine-Fly, Senior Vice President with Connoisseur Media, has announced her retirement, closing out a successful 40+ year career. “It was not an easy decision to retire from the industry that I love,” said Burdine-Fly. “I will treasure the friendships and relationships I have built over the years. To those who have taken a chance on me, thank you. To those I have had the privilege to work with over the years, thank you. Working in radio has been a tremendous ride and I have enjoyed every minute of it.”

Burdine-Fly joined the former Alpha Media in Nov. 2021 as a Regional President with oversight of 13 markets, transitioning from Market President for Townsquare Media’s Lansing, MI group. She was named SVP and a member of Connoisseur’s leadership team last September. Burdine-Fly earlier served as GSM for iHeartMedia’s WKSC & WLIT/Chicago and RVP/Market Manager for Townsquare Media in New Jersey. Burdine-Fly began her radio sales career in Flint, MI and worked her way up through the ranks at Citadel and Regent as an LSM, GSM, Director of Sales and Market Manager.

“Zoe’s career in this industry speaks for itself,” said Jeff Warshaw, CEO & Founder of Connoisseur Media. “We appreciate the experience and insight she shared with our team. I personally thank her for her time with Connoisseur Media and wish her a very happy and well-deserved retirement.”
