iHeart Northern Ohio Now Covered

• iHeartMedia was busy handing out promotions in Ohio yesterday, as Jeff Rovinsky was named Market President for the company’s Akron and Canton markets and Matt Razzante was named General Sales Manager for the Cleveland, Akron and Canton markets.

Rovinsky (left) reaches the big chair after most recently serving as VP of Sales for iHeartMedia North Ohio. His previous management stops include General Sales Manager for iHeartMedia FM Talk WTKK and Classic Rock WRDU/Raleigh, GSM of iHeartMedia Houston’s AM properties and Local Sales Manager for iHeartMedia Charlotte. He began his sales career at iHeartMedia’s KTRH-AM/Houston. Razzante (right) was most recently an Account Exec for iHeartMedia Cleveland. He was previously an Inside Account Manager for STERIS Corporation and a sales rep for Hugo Boss.

Both gentlemen report to George Allen, SVP of Sales for iHeartMedia’s sizeable North Ohio Region, which encompasses more than 25 radio stations. “I could not be more excited for Jeff and Matt,” said Allen. “Jeff has a proven track record of success with iHeartMedia and he will excel as Market President for Akron and Canton. Matt has demonstrated tremendous leadership abilities and this elevated role is well earned. Congratulations to both of them.”
