Lakin Named GSM, Audacy Houston

• Audacy has named Judy Lakin as General Sales Manager for the company’s Houston group.

Lakin will report to VP of Sales, Alana Lujan, who said, “Judy’s extensive experience in talent development, coupled with her recent involvement in business development, multi-media buying and digital innovation, makes her a powerhouse addition to Audacy’s sales leadership team. With her expertise, Judy is poised to make an immediate and substantial impact. Here’s to an exciting journey with someone who will bring so much to the table!”

Lakin, a 2021 Texas Radio Hall of Fame inductee has over three decades of experience in high-profile leadership positions, including a prior 18-year run across the street at Cox Media Group Houston, where she rose to Director of Sales and worked with Lujan. More recently she was President of the Vista14 advertising agency, and was on the company’s board. Earlier stops include Clear Channel Radio and New York Life.
