MIW, CRB Announce 2025 Mentorship
• Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio broadcasting, is in Year Two of a three-year partnership with Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB), the fine folks who bring you Country Radio Seminar (CRS), which is happening as we speak.
The Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Country Radio program is a year-long experience that exposes the mentee to the best minds in the business through personalized conversations, connections, and opportunities aimed at growing their leadership and management positions in Country radio. The program affords the mentee the chance to attend the 2026 Country Radio Seminar.
The mentorship is available to one woman currently employed full-time at a Country radio station within the United States who has been in the business for at least five years. Applications are open now and are being accepted HERE through March 22.
