MIW Launches Erica Farber Mentorship Class
• Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), a leading 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio broadcasting, is thrilled to announce the MIW Erica Farber Mentorship in Management Class of 2025, sponsored by WideOrbit.
This initiative honors the decades of leadership, passion, and vision that our friend and former R&R boss Erica Farber has contributed to the radio industry. Her commitment to excellence and advocacy for female leadership continues to inspire and shape future generations of women in radio.
This prestigious program selects four outstanding candidates from across the radio industry — representing sales, marketing, programming, and digital — to participate in an exclusive mentorship opportunity designed to foster career growth and leadership development.
