Reeb To Run Hubbard Seattle & Phoenix
• Hubbard Radio CEO Ginny Morris announced that veteran radio executive Trip Reeb has been named VP/Market Manager for Hubbard Radio’s five-station group in Seattle. Reeb will continue to lead the Hubbard Radio group in Phoenix, where he has served as VP/Market Manager since 2014. In Seattle, Reeb will replace Wheeler Morris, who has been named Market President of Townsquare Media’s Fort Collins, CO group. “We have such amazing properties in Seattle — this is going to be a real treat for me,” said Reeb. “I love the stations, and the people there who I already know.”
Over the course of his nearly 50-year radio career, Reeb has managed radio stations in Phoenix, San Diego, Honolulu, and was most notably the longtime manager of the World Famous KROQ/Los Angeles back in the day.
“Hubbard Radio is so fortunate to have Trip Reeb in our leadership ranks,” Morris said. “He has raised his hand for this assignment in the past and now is the right time to take him up on his willingness to share his unique and varied talents with not one Hubbard market, but two. Trip has built a solid team in Phoenix and that gives us every confidence that the great success that team is having there will continue as Trip quickly adds his knowledge and talents to our Seattle market to build on the momentum that the Seattle team has been building in recent years.” Reeb will begin his expanded duties on July 18.
