Rothfuss Upped To MM For Audacy Gainesville
• Peter Rothfuss has been promoted from General Sales Manager to SVP/Market Manager for Audacy’s Gainesville-Ocala, FL market, effective June 1. Rothfuss will now oversee all aspects of AC WKTK (98.5 KTK), Country WRUF-FM (103.7 The Gator), FM News-Talk 97.3 WSKY and WRUF-AM (ESPN 98.1/850), succeeding Dick O’Neil, who announced his retirement, effective May 31.

Rothfuss has served as GSM for Audacy Gainesville-Ocala since 2016. Before that he served two stints with Audacy Wilkes-Barre-Scranton as Integrated Marketing Specialist (2014-2016) and Director of Sales (2010-2013). Earlier in his 30+-year career Rothfuss held sales and management positions with Townsquare Media, Post Newsweek’s WKMG/Orlando (2001-2004), Saber Communications and Keymarket. He was also Chief Operating Officer for The Advertising Agency in Winter Park, FL from 2004-2009.
