Sullivan Named SVP/MM of Entercom Denver
• Chuck Sullivan has been named as the new SVP/Market Manager for Entercom Denver, effective February 3. Entercom Denver includes Classic Rock KQMT (99.5 The Mountain), Hot AC KALC (Alice 105.9), Rhythmic KQKS (KS107.5), Comedy 103.1 (KQKS-HD2) and Adult Standards KEZW-AM (EZ 1430).
Sullivan earns the transfer from a similar role overseeing Entercom Milwaukee and Madison, WI. He will succeed John Fullam, who recently announced his retirement. “Chuck is a driven and talented leader who has had great success leading Entercom’s Madison and Milwaukee markets,” said Doug Abernethy, Regional President, Entercom. “We are thrilled to have Chuck lead the Denver market and look forward to seeing its continued growth under his guidance.”
Sullivan said, “I’m incredibly honored to have been tapped to lead a third market during my time at Entercom. The Denver market consists of five strong, creative stations that our listeners turn to on a daily basis, and I’m excited to help lead the charge as we develop new ways to connect with our audience and continue delivering exceptional content.”
Sullivan joined Entercom in 2014 as SVP/Market Manager for the Milwaukee market. A year later, he added oversight of Entercom Madison. Prior to joining Entercom, Sullivan was VP/Market Manager for the Cumulus clusters in Mobile, AL and Destin, FL. From 1996-2006 Sullivan served as a Managing Partner for Ocean Broadcasting in Wilmington, NC.
