Walsh Joins Cumulus As SVP/Feature Sales

• Cumulus Media has hired sales leader Brendan Walsh as SVP, Feature Sales and Marketing. In this newly created role, Walsh will be responsible for managing Cumulus Media’s local and national features and Westwood One’s FYI Network.

Walsh’s impressive resume includes multi-channel leadership positions at iHeartMedia/Total Traffic Weather Network, Charter Media, and KPLR-TV/St. Louis, where he was responsible for new business development, revenue generation and management. Walsh is based in St. Louis and reports to Bryan Forbes, President, National and Network Sales, Cumulus Media and Westwood One, who commented, “Brendan is the perfect fit for this revenue growth initiative. He has a stellar track record of revenue generation, understanding a customer’s needs, building solutions that deliver ROI, and knows what it takes to win in a competitive marketplace.”
