Elvis Exhausted From Excessive Acting
• TV critics can be notoriously cruel in their reviews, but to describe Elvis Duran‘s semi-Emmy-worthy performance in tonight’s episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as “stiff” is just a bridge too far, in our humble opinion.
That’s our hero Elvis (center), playing the pivotal role of “Kemp Landry” obviously taking a much-needed break to rest and recharge after hours of powerful and heartfelt acting alongside fellow thespians Ice-T (as “Odafin Tutuola”) and Mariska Hargitay (“Olivia Benson”).
• (Cue ballsy announcer): “Created by Emmy Award-winning producer Dick Wolf, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, now in its 22nd season, is the longest-running primetime live-action series of all time. This hard-hitting and emotional series from NBC’s Law & Order brand chronicles the lives of the Special Victims Unit of the New York City Police Department, an elite squad of detectives who investigate crimes of sexual assault, child abuse and domestic violence.”
