• Cumulus News-Talk WABC/New York announces the addition of House Smarts with Lou Manfredini its weekly lineup. The show airs Saturdays at 7am and is dedicated to helping listeners with home improvement tasks and updating them on the latest products and methods that can help add value to the home. House Smarts with Lou Manfredini is hosted by noted home improvement expert Lou Manfredini, best known as a regular contributor to NBC’s Today show.
WABC PD Craig Schwalb said, “Lou is basically an encyclopedia of home improvement. His credibility in this space is truly second to none.” Chad Lopez, VP/Market Manager of Cumulus Media New York, added, “House Smarts with Lou Manfredini on 77 WABC is a great enhancement to our line-up.” Manfredini commented, “Our show is about helping homeowners to not make the same ones and getting value and enjoyment out of updating and maintaining their home. • Westwood One has forged a partnership with Checkpoint Radio, the first nationally syndicated radio show designed specifically for the video game and esports fan. Hosts Nate Bender, Robbie Landis, Norris Howard and Joe Sloan are lifelong, passionate gamers who connect with this loyal, younger-skewing fan base. This two-hour weekly show airs anytime Thursday afternoon through Sunday. Checkpoint Radio is also producing the Esports Minute, which airs between 6am-midnight.
