Vegas Wakes Up With Woody

• iHeartMedia Mainstream Rock KYMT (93.1 The Mountain)/Las Vegas has become the latest affiliate of the Premiere-syndicated The Woody Show, starting Monday, June 8. “We’re seeing incredible growth on 93.1 The Mountain, and Woody is a perfect fit for this station and for this city,” said Tony Matteo, SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Las Vegas. “We’re excited to bring The Woody Show to the ‘Entertainment Capital of The World.'”

Woody, who anchors the show alongside Ravey, Greg Gory, Menace and Sebas, remarked, “Joining 93.1 The Mountain is an incredible opportunity for The Woody Show. • Concurrent with Monday’s Vegas debut of The Woody Show, 93.1 The Mountain announced that APD AD Rowntree is moving to afternoon drive, tastefully sandwiched in between midday talent Theresa and night jock Chad Tyson. Rowntree (left) will also continue in his recently expanded on-air role in other iHeartMedia markets, including Houston, San Diego, Cincinnati and Tulsa, OK. “AD’s done an outstanding job for us at 93.1 The Mountain in mornings,” said Matteo. “He brings a fresh rock perspective and unique voice to the format.
