Emmis Selling St. Louis Cluster
• Emmis Communications Corporation just announced it is selling its St. Louis cluster of stations to Hubbard Radio and Entercom.
Emmis says it has reached agreements in principle to sell Mainstream Rock KSHE 95 and Alternative KPNT (105.7 The Point) to Hubbard Radio, and KFTK (FM News Talk 97.1) and Top 40 KNOU (NOW 96.3) to Entercom Communications Corp.
The transactions are subject to the completion and execution of definitive purchase agreements and the satisfaction of any conditions contained in such agreements. Terms have not been disclosed. Stay tuned for further details.
