• And talk about going out on a high note — we want to send our very best wishes to Kelly Wayne, OM of 2020 Crystal Radio Award-winning KVTY, KMOK (The Outlaw 106.9), and KRLC/Lewiston, ID, who recently stepped down from her post after nearly 30 years with Ida-Vend Broadcasting to focus on her growing voice acting career with Kelly Wayne Voice & Production — and to take care of her daughter, Morgan, who is home recovering after a serious 4×4 accident last month.

Wayne joined KRLC in 1990, did middays there until 1995, and helped launch The Outlaw. After 13 years in mornings and four years as PD, she was upped to Operations Manager in 2011 and received the Broadcast Humanitarian Award in 2012. On behalf of the RAMP family, we want to extend our most sincere best wishes to Kelly and Morgan, along with special thanks to our “phrend,” Phlash Phelps of SiriusXM’s 60’s on 6, who produced this nice video tribute to Kelly, who now be reached at kwayne30@gmail.com.
