Persigehl Back In Radio Ranks
• Nice to see veteran programmer Dan Persigehl back in the radio hallways, as he’s been hired by iHeartMedia in the newly created position of Director of Regional Creative Services for the company’s Seattle, Portland and Phoenix markets, effective immediately. Persigehl is based in Phoenix and reports to Arizona Region President Linda Little and Northwest Regional President Robert Dove.
Persigehl currently operates the Scottsdale, AZ-based marketing/consulting firm Killer Messaging. His most recent programming gig was Cumulus Classic Hits KCMO and Adult Hits KCJK/Kansas City. Before that he worked for CBS Radio Phoenix as Imaging Specialist and Executive Producer of the Booker In The Morning and the late Tim & Willy show. Earlier in his career Persigehl was OM of Clear Channel’s Atlanta cluster and PD of Country WUBL; OM of Entercom’s Kansas City cluster and PD of WDAF & KGEX. He also enjoyed an earlier Phoenix stop at KZZP and KMXP and notably spent nine years with Entercom Portland as PD of KYCH and KRSK.
