Dwyer Lands A Mile High
• The wait is over… and so is the educational road trip to the Lower 48 for former KFAT/Anchorage, AK PD Scott “Lugnut” Dwyer, who just pulled into the parking structure of Max Media Denver with a twofer of a new gig — PD of Rhythmic KFCO (FLO 107.1) and Rhythmic AC KJHM (Jammin’ 101.5). He replaces Michael “Geronimo” Arpaio.

Before joining Ohana Media Group Anchorage in June 2016, Dwyer programmed KKUU (U92.7)/Palm Springs, CA.His previous PD stops include Pamal Rhythmic WAJZ (Jamz 96.3)/Albany, NY, Cumulus Rhythmic KWIN/Stockton and Clear Channel Top 40 WGMY (107.1 Hit Music Now)/Tallahassee, FL. From 2005-2008 he was OM of Qantum (now Community Broadcasters’) WFFY, WMXZ & WWAV/Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Dwyer also co-hosted mornings at Powell Broadcasting’s WPFM (Hot 107.9)/Panama City Beach, FL a few years back.
