Juliano To Run Townsquare Rockford

• Townsquare Media has secured the services of major market radio exec Mike Juliano as the new Market President and Chief Revenue Officer of the Company’s Rockford, IL team, overseeing legendary Top 40 WZOK, Country WXXQ (Q98.5), Classic Rock WKGL (96.9 The Eagle) and News-Talk WROK-AM.

Juliano (left) was most recently Director of Sales for Beasley Media Group in Detroit. Prior to that he led Entercom’s sales efforts in Boston, and has also held senior positions at Westwood One, Clear Channel, Cox Radio and New City Communications. He will report to Townsquare SVP, Local Media, Rob Williams, who said, “Mike Juliano has a distinguished track record in our industry. He has enjoyed tremendous success in both General Manager and Director of Sales positions in small, medium, and major markets. Mike knows how to create a local media team that attracts and retains the best talent. Having seen first-hand the success he had in Connecticut, New York City and Detroit, we are very fortunate to add him to our leadership team in Rockford.”
