• UPDATED: Back in January we reported that Bakersfield radio pro Danny Hill had realized a lifelong dream of owning and operating a radio station when and his wife Kait launched Hill Broadcasting and LMA’d ’90s & ’00s-formatted KRWI (Rewind 98.1), a Class A signal licensed to Wofford Heights, CA, about 50 miles northeast of Bakersfield.
Using Rewind 98.1 as the flagship of Danny & Kait In The Morning, Hill excitedly announced the expansion of the show to HHawaii Media’s KJMQ (Jamz 98.1)/Kauai, and now, to the great state of Texas, as Danny & Kait In The Morning has been picked up by East Texas Results Media Top 40 simulcast KLJT & KFRO (Fun 95.3 & 102.3)/Tyler-Longview, TX. As Fun OM Joey T. describes the show, “They’re real people. No fake phone pranks, or actors pretending to go on dates. Just a married couple with five kids talking and laughing about daily topics. It’s exactly what we needed to stand apart from the rest!”
