Tammy O’Dell Returns To Cumulus
• Cumulus Media has appointed Tammy O’Dell as VP/Market Manager for its five-station group in Columbia, SC. The appointment marks a return to Cumulus for O’Dell, who formerly served in a similar role for Cumulus in Charleston, SC.
O’Dell has more than 16 years of experience in radio management and sales, most recently as Local Sales Manager for Spectrum Reach in Cary, NC. Prior to that, she was General Manager and Director of Sales for Curtis Media Group’s WQDR/Raleigh-Durham, NC and VP/Market Manager for Townsquare Media in Albany, NY.
In making the formal introduction, Bob Walker, EVP of Operations, for Cumulus Media, said, “We are excited to welcome Tammy back to the Cumulus family in Columbia. Her passion for the Carolina region and her success in building a winning sales culture make her a great addition to the team in Columbia.” O’Dell commented, “I’m honored to join Cumulus again and to be a part of the Columbia cluster.
