Roberts Named PD of iHeart’s Vegas Bull

• iHeartMedia Las Vegas welcomes veteran programmer MoJoe Roberts aboard as the new Program Director for KWNR (95.5 The Bull), effective immediately. The position has been open since “Wayne D” Danielson transferred to Nashville in June as the new afternoon drive talent on WSIX (The BIG 98).

Roberts spent the past four years with Alpha Media as PD of KUPL (95.5 The Bull)/Portland, OR and Country Format Captain until early April, when he was one of many caught up in corporate COVID-related downsizing. Prior to his arrival in Portland in March 2016, Roberts spent a decade as PD of Cumulus Top 40 simulcast KHOP & KWIN/Modesto-Stockton, CA. Before taking command of KHOP in 2006, Roberts was APD/MD/night jock at then Citadel sister KATM/Modesto. His previous stops include KQFC/Boise, ID and KXDD/Yakima, WA.

Roberts reports to Tony Matteo, SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Las Vegas, who said, “MoJoe brings a wealth of format knowledge and expertise.
