Big-Ass Show Alert!
• iHeartMedia Classic Rock KZPS (Lonestar 92.5)/Dallas morning icons Bo Roberts and Jim White yesterday announced Bo and Jim Bash VI, happening August 18 at Starplex Pavilion in Dallas. The annual event will host classic rock legends Foreigner, Cheap Trick, Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience and Stone Cold Sweat featuring Bo and Jim. “What a great line up!” Roberts exclaimed. “We call it the ‘Bo and Jim Bash’ because we’re going to bash you right in the head with a rock and roll right cross!”
Patrick Davis, Regional SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Dallas said, “The Bo and Jim Bash is one of my favorite events of the year. The guys invite bands they have played on the radio for years to enjoy a great night out with thousands of their closest friends.” Lonestar 92.5 PD Don Davis remarked, “Foreigner is coming off a sold out show last month in Dallas and we have been after Cheap Trick since year one, so to say we are excited about this line up would be an understatement. And if Foreigner and Cheap Trick weren’t enough, I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the night than having Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience and Bo and Jim’s Stone Cold Sweat open the show this year.”
