Condolences: Doug Holt
• It is with a heavy heart that RadioMixes acknowledges the passing of mixologist Doug E. Holt, described as a “father, grandfather, husband, friend, and one hell of a DJ,” who died Wednesday, April 28 after five weeks in a Little Rock, Arkansas hospital. He was only 52 years old. “Doug was a staple mixologist for RadioMixes for the last 10 years and will be sorely missed,” said Rob Austin, (right), CEO of parent company JamTraxx Media, Inc., pictured here with Holt (left).
Holt leaves behind his wife, Angel, three children, several grandchildren and his mother. Several of Doug’s DJ buddies have established a GoFundMe page to help cover the considerable medical expenses incurred as a result of Holt’s lengthy hospitalization.
In an effort to cover some of Holt’s former programming responsibilities, RadioMixes held an extensive search to find the best of the best in the industry to continue uninterrupted production of the company’s 23 shows.
