• Hall Communications in scenic Lakeland/Winter Haven Florida is looking for an air talent for heritage Country 97.5 WPCV in Central Florida. Hall VP of Programming Bob Walker says this is full-time, live position that requires [your name] to be in the studio every day. It cannot be voice-tracked from afar.
Before you say yes, please mentally answer these few basic questions: 1) Do you understand the concept of forward momentum? 2) Do you embrace word economy and brevity in your on-air style? 3) Can you work the phones and use Vox Pro? 4) Do you embrace social media as part of your brand — with video as a BIG plus? 5) Are you ready to make a lot of public appearances — both paid remotes and community events 6) Would you like to work with a group whose mission statement includes serving the public — and will expect the same from you? 7) Are you a team player who loves being in radio and exudes that on a regular basis 8) Do you have 3-5 years of on-air experience?
