Derrick Named OM Of DBC/Savannah
• Matt Derrick has joined Dick Broadcasting (DBC) as Operations Manager of the company’s cluster in scenic Savannah, GA — Active Rock WFXH (Rock 106.1), Rhythmic AC WXYY (G100.1), Top 40 WGCO (Hot 98.3), Classic Hits WRWN (Rewind 107.9), Country WUBB (Bob 106.9) and Regional Mexican WHHW-AM (La Pantera 96.1).
Derrick arrives from Omaha, where he was most recently OM of SummitMedia’s group. Before that he was Brand Manager of Townsquare’s KAWO (WOW Country 104.3) and KSAS (103.5 Kiss FM)/Boise, ID, preceded by his first Omaha stint as FM Ops Manager for NRG Media. Derrick’s earlier stops include SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Norfolk/Virginia Beach and Regional Programming Manager for Clear Channel’s stations in Wilmington, DE & Salisbury, MD. Derrick has also worked at the late KNGY (Energy 92.7)/Francisco and KHTT/Tulsa, OK.
