WPST Ups Oakley, Adds Fennell

• Townsquare Top 40 WPST (94.5 PST)/Trenton, NJ announces two major staff moves — Gianna Oakley is officially elevated to Producer for the Chris & The Crew morning show, and Austyn Fennell joins the company as Asst. Brand Manager and afternoon drive talent, effective Monday, April 11.

Oakley (left), had interned at 94.5 PST since the fall of 2021 before joining the staff full time. She’s set to graduate from Rowan University with a BA in Radio/TV/Film in May. “Being named the producer of Chris & The Crew is a dream come true!” Oakley exclaimed. “I’m a Central Jersey girl who grew up listening to Chris & The Crew on 94.5 PST, so I’m still pinching myself. I can’t believe this is real and I can’t wait to create awesome local content on-air and online every day.”

Fennell (right), a native of Voorhees, NJ, previously did weekends/fill-in at WSJO-FM (SoJo 104.9)/Atlantic City, NJ and WBEB (B101)/Philadelphia. She also did middays on WNKI/Elmira, NY and WSBG/Stroudsburg, PA. Since 2019, she has done afternoon drive Seven Mountains Media Hot AC WZWW (3WZ)/State College, PA. Fennell commented, “I’m thrilled to be back home in New Jersey to join the legendary 94.5 PST as the afternoon drive host and Assistant Brand Manager.”
