Andre Knott Joins 850 ESPN/Cleveland

• Good Karma Brands’ WKNR (850 ESPN)/Cleveland announced the addition of Andre Knott to its content team. Knott, accurately described as “a sought-after radio free agent” joins ESPN Cleveland as an on-air contributor, part-time and fill-in host, and an active contributor to the station’s subscription service, The Land on Demand.

“Andre adds great experience and personality, and he is an incredible storyteller,” said Matt Fishman, Director of Content, ESPN Cleveland. “He also helps to encourage the development of teammates newer to the industry, and we look forward to seeing him do that at ESPN Cleveland.”

Knott is currently the in-game reporter on the Cleveland Guardians’ TV broadcasts on Bally Sports Ohio and a sports contributor at Fox 8. Knott previously served as the Cleveland Browns Radio Network sideline reporter from 2004 to 2010 and is the only broadcaster to work as the sideline reporter for all three of Cleveland’s pro sports teams, winning five Emmy awards for his reporting. “I’m excited and can’t wait to go back to 850 ESPN Cleveland,” Knott said. “Not only will I be talking sports but working with some of my favorite people in our business.”
