Sadie Black Joins LM Communications Charleston
• It’s a deal that has been more than a year in the making, but LM Communications Charleston, SC is thrilled to finally announce the acquisition of Sadie Black as the new Music Director for Active Rock WYBB (98 Rock) and Triple A WCOO (105.5 The Bridge). She will also do middays on WYBB, effective May 31.

In making the announcement, Bryan Schock, OM/Brand Manager of WYBB & WCOO commented, “I began the search to fill this position more than a year ago and Sadie was the first person that I spoke with. Unfortunately, she wasn’t available at that time. Between then and now there were a few other hiring possibilities that didn’t end up working out — and now I know why! I’m thrilled to welcome Sadie to the team!” GM Rick Carmean noted, “Sadie Black is a great addition to our team. We are all about being local, and with Sadie’s experience and her love for rock and roll we believe she will have a huge impact in Charleston.”
Black exclaimed, “As much as I’ll miss the Golden Isles and my GIB family, I’m thrilled to come home to South Carolina, especially to the Charleston area. I’m so excited to join Bryan and the team at 98Rock and 105.5 The Bridge. I truly missed working on rock and triple A formats, and this opportunity feels like the perfect fit! Black earlier worked for Alpha Media in Columbia, SC as APD/on-air at Classic Rock WMFX, ALT 99.7 (WARQ-HD2) and Triple A WPCO.
