• SummitMedia has two key job opportunities now available in the company’s Greenville-Spartanburg, SC group: 1) APD/MD/on-air personality at the legendary Urban AC WJMZ (107.3 JAMZ), and 2) Promotions Director for the four-station Greenville cluster, which also includes Rhythmic Top 40 WHZT (Hot 98.1), Alternative X98.5 (WJMZ-HD2) and ’80s Hits Awesome 99.5 (WJMZ-HD3).

Candidates for the JAMZ APD/MD position must have (among other attributes): A positive attitude and a winning air personality; knowledge and understanding of Nielsen, RCS GSelector, RCS Zetta, the ability to craft and follow a strategy, and a strong work ethic. • The ideal Promotions Director applicant must be able to manage the development and execution of all station promotions, community service efforts and assist in the development of station marketing opportunities as well as enhancing station image and visibility within the community that will attract new listeners and clients. The Promotions Manager is responsible for enhancing station image and visibility within the community, while also acting as liaison between programming and sales to develop overall station campaigns, themes, and marketing approaches, and develop revenue-generating promotions that cross-promote clients, third parties, and the radio station.
