• “MIW Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Minnesota,” a newly launched partnership between Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW) and the Minnesota Broadcasters Association (MBA), proudly introduces Ava Lynn LaRue as its inaugural mentee.
With Minnesota Broadcasters Association President Wendy Paulson at the helm, MIW Minnesota is the organization’s newest mentoring opportunity and the start of its three-to-five-year strategic plan to partner with State Broadcast Associations across America and assist in building in-house, ongoing programs devoted to coaching and guiding the next generation of radio professionals.

It is my pleasure to announce that Ava LaRue, Station Manager for Q-Media in Red Wing has been chosen as the 2022 Minnesota MIW Mentee!
