Vegas: Now With Double The SPF!
CBS Radio’s “SPF” (“Sun.Pool.Fun.”) show in Las Vegas has expanded to two nights, with Linkin Park now kicking off the festivities on Friday, May 19 at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The band’s performance at SPF just happens to coincide with the release of their seventh studio album, One More Light. How convenient is that? The following night, Saturday, May 20, the party moves poolside when DNCE, Hailee Steinfeld, Jason Derulo, Niall Horan and Post Malone perform at Boulevard Pool inside The Cosmopolitan.
CBS Radio President & CEO Andre Fernandez said, “On the day of their seventh album release the group’s performance at ‘SPF’ is an extraordinary testament to the power of radio and connecting with fans through live events. We strive to work with all of our partners to continue to bring listeners these unbelievable opportunities.” Linkin Park announced the news of their “SPF” performance yesterday across KLUC, KMXB (Mix 94.1) and KXTE (X107.5)/Las Vegas. The band’s Mike Shinoda commented, “Looking forward to playing this awesome show and celebrating the release of our new album, One More Light, with our fans in Vegas.”
