Bold Gold Ups Daniels To Dir./Programming
• Bold Gold Media Group has elevated Chase Daniels, PD/morning talent at Hot AC 98.3 WSUL/Monticello, NY to Director Of Programming for the company’s Catskills/Hudson Valley Region. In addition to WSUL, Daniels now adds programming stripes for Classic Hits simulcast WVOS-FM & AM, and Country simulcast WDNB-FM & WHNB-FM (Thunder 102 & 104.5).
In making the announcement, GM Dawn Ciorciari said, “Chase’s talent has been a huge asset for Bold Gold Media, his work has elevated our stations and our company. He is a true leader in the radio industry, and we are lucky to have him as part of our management team.” Bold Gold President & CEO Vince Benedetto added, “Chase brings a great deal of experience, energy and creativity to our team. Prior to joining Bold Gold in Oct. 2021, Daniels programmed iHeartMedia Country WRWD, Top 40 WPKF and Classic Rock WBWZ/Hudson Valley, NY until the company’s large-scale Nov. 2020 pandemic-related RIF. Earlier stops include Binghamton and Utica, NY, as well as a stint as APD of Top 40 WNKI (Wink 106)/Elmira, NY, and Daniels also worked for Saga in Ithaca, NY as Assistant OM of the cluster and APD/MD of Country WQNY (Q103.7).
