Hudspeth Official At Black River Pub.
• Black River Publishing has named Sarah Hudspeth as Creative Coordinator. In this role, Hudspeth will provide support to Vice President of Publishing Rebekah Gordon and the entire creative staff in the daily operations and functions of Black River Publishing.
“We’re so happy to add Sarah’s passion for Country music and the Nashville songwriting community to our Black River team,” said Gordon. “Her creative instincts are well beyond her years, and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in the future.”
Hudspeth graduated from Belmont University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business. During her time at Belmont, she interned with the Publishing Department at Black River, creating a strong bond with the team through her positive attitude and strong work ethic. Hudspeth also acted as President of the student-run “Bear House Writer Management,” an organization supporting Belmont songwriters while completing her final college semester.
Commenting on her new position, Hudspeth remarked, “Thank you, Rebekah Gordon, for believing in me from the very beginning. I am honored to work with an amazing team, our talented roster of songwriters, and an incredible catalog. I look forward to growing with Black River Publishing and am beyond excited for what’s to come!”
