David Pierce has been named Chief Media Officer at EMF, overseeing content on both K-LOVE and Air1 radio networks and their music streaming platforms, as well as video streaming platform K-LOVE On Demand. He also oversees AccessMore, the ministry’s podcasting platform, as well as its publishing and film divisions. Pierce joined EMF in 1991 after stints at KLTY/Dallas and KSBJ/Houston, and since that time has held several leadership roles within EMF, most recently as Chief Partnership Officer.
Matt Reynolds was formally named Chief Financial Officer in September 2023. He joined the organization in 2022 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Financial Analysis & Treasury, and VP of Finance. Prior to joining EMF, Reynolds spent six years at Denison Ministries in Dallas serving in various leadership roles, including CFO. He is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as EMF treasurer.
Bethany Davis has joined EMF as Senior Vice President of Communications, overseeing communications and marketing operations. Davis comes to EMF with 20 years of experience, including nine years as Sr. Director of Communications at Brentwood, TN-based CoreCivic, Inc. She previously served as Sr. Manager of Public Relations with Varallo Public Relations following nine years at CBS affiliate WTVF (NewsChannel 5)/Nashville.
“We are excited to expand our executive leadership team with this group of outstanding professionals,” said Todd Woods, EMF Chief Executive Officer. “The experience they bring to their respective roles, coupled with their dedication to our mission, will serve EMF well as we move forward into new seasons of growth.”
These new leadership additions come as EMF continues construction on its new global headquarters in the Berry Farms community of Franklin, TN, following a planned relocation from Rocklin, CA. Construction is slated to be complete in the summer of 2024.
