Passero Named CRB/Futuri Digital Pioneer
• Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc.® (CRB/CRS) is thrilled to announce that Nicole Passero, a student from Montclair State University in New Jersey, as the recipient of the Futuri Digital Pioneer Scholarship Program, which focuses on nurturing talent that show exceptional promise in the digital evolution of radio.
Passero has distinguished herself through her role as Morning Show Producer and air personality at Montclair’s award-winning radio station, 90.3 WMSC-FM, and her dedication and innovative contributions in advancing the digital future of radio make her the ideal recipient of this prestigious scholarship.
Passero will receive a CRS 2024 package consisting of a complimentary registration, hotel accommodations, and airfare to attend CRS 24, which runs from February 28 to March 1, 2024 at the Omni Nashville Hotel. Passero will also be publicly recognized during CRS and receive one year of access to TopicPulse, Futuri’s AI-driven show prep system.
The Futuri Digital Pioneer Scholarship is part of CRB’s broader initiative to support educational endeavors within the Country music sector. Established in 1969, CRB has consistently provided financial support to educational institutions and offered scholarships to young professionals and aspirants in the Country broadcasting community.
