Chet Buchanan Welcomes New Co-Host

• Audacy Top 40 98.5 KLUC/Las Vegas welcomes Mikalah Gordon as the new co-host for The Chet Buchanan Show, starting today. Gordon, who formerly worked for Audacy’s Channel Q in Los Angeles, is a Las Vegas native and a trained singer who was a 2005 finalist on American Idol.

“Mikalah has been a friend for years,” Buchanan said. “Her energy, creativity and positive vibes are truly made for mornings in Vegas!” Gordon commented, “Having grown up listening to KLUC and The Chet Buchanan Show, I couldn’t be more excited to join the winning team at 98.5 KLUC!”

Gordon succeeds Buchanan’s longtime co-host Kayla Walker, who stepped down from the show on Jan. 31 after 8 1/2 years and has moved into another role with Audacy Las Vegas.
