Eau Claire Wakes Up Again With McKay

• The fine citizens of Eau Claire, WI are rejoicing at the welcome radio return of market mainstay Mike McKay, who has joined Civic Media Adult Hits WCFW (105.7 ‘CFW) for mornings.

McKay notably spent 28 years in morning drive across the street on iHeartMedia Country WQRB (B95) and afternoons on Classic Country WATQ (Moose Country 106.7) until he was one of many employees knocked out by the company’s wide-ranging budget cuts in November 2020.

“It’s great to be back, waking up the Chippewa Valley, and the response has been incredible!” said McKay, who is also tracking afternoons on Country sibling WSCM (95-7 St Croix Country)/Baldwin, WI.
