Better Noise Music (BNM) announced key promotions and new hires reflecting its continued growth and commitment to artist development and market expansion — Jackie Kajzer, longtime SVP of Radio Promotion, adds Artist Development to her role; April Ginns is promoted from Touring Marketing Coordinator to Tour Marketing Manager; Victor Lang is elevated from GM of GSA (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to Managing Director of Europe, and Frank Ehlers joins the team as Senior Label Manager of GSA.

• Pivotal in the discovery of multi-platinum band Five Finger Death Punch, Jackie Kajzer is recognized as a key influencer in rock music. Under her leadership, Better Noise Music became Billboard‘s No. 1 Mainstream Rock Airplay Label in 2022 and maintained the No. 1 Airplay Imprint title for five consecutive years (2018-2022).

• Since joining Better Noise Music in 2022, April Ginns has made significant contributions to various touring initiatives. In her new role, Ginns will continue to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for upcoming tours.

• Victor Lang joined Better Noise Music in 2017 as a Product Manager for GSA and has since advanced to Sr. Product Manager, Marketing Director, and most recently, GM of GSA. Before joining BNM, Lang worked in the German Independent Music Industry and at Universal Music’s Vertigo/Capitol division in Berlin.

• Frank Ehlers began his career in 1994 as a Product Manager for SPV’s Steamhammer label in Hannover, DE, where he worked with Motörhead, Dio, and Judas Priest. He later transitioned to the distribution side as a Label Manager, handling labels like Epitaph and Fat Wreck. In 2009, he joined Sony Music Entertainment in Munich as a Sr. Label Manager, overseeing Metal Blade Records, Century Media, and Better Noise Music.
