Danny P Circles Back To Groove 99.3

• It’s a Bakersfield homecoming for Central Valley radio pro “DJ Danny P” Palacios, who has been rehired by Alpha Media to do middays on his former station, Rhythmic Oldies KKBB (Groove 99.3).

Palacios famously spent 11 years in that building as PD of Groove 99.3 and Top 40 KLLY (Energy 95.3) until last summer, when he was one of many downsized during a round of corporate restructuring.

Less than a month later, Palacios resurfaced an hour north — hired to do mornings at Momentum Broadcasting Top 40 KCRZ (Hitz 104.9)/Visalia, CA — a gig he will retain.
