Townsquare Layoffs Underway
• As we first mentioned yesterday, RAMP has confirmed that Townsquare Media is quietly making personnel cuts across several markets. While some names are unconfirmed at press time, the following are confirmed departures:
• Megan Stone, Brand Manager/morning co-host, News-Talk WIBX 950/Utica, NY. Previous stops include Connoisseur Media’s WEZN (Star 99.9) and WEBE 108/Bridgeport, CT, and Townsquare Top 40 WBEC (Live 95.9)/Pittsfield, MA.
• Jolana Miller, National Classic Hits afternoon drive talent and Digital Content Creator. Miller earlier served as Brand Manager/afternoon talent on Townsquare Classic Hits simulcast WSAK/WSHK (102.1 & 105.3 The Shark)/Portsmouth, NH, and Promotions Director for the cluster. She continues to do weekends/fill-in on Audacy Hot AC WWBX (Mix 104.1)/Boston.
Miller’s 25-year radio career includes programming and on-air stops at WFAS-FM & AM/Westchester, NY, KKPK/Colorado Springs, WEZN/Bridgeport, CT, WPLR/New Haven & WFOX/Norwalk, CT.
