Philly Broadcast Pioneers Reveal ’25 HOF Class

• Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia (BPOP) is thrilled to announce its 2025 Hall of Fame Honorees and Person of the Year. These are ten outstanding professionals who represent the best in the broadcasting industry.

 Sue Serio, Weather Anchor on Fox 29‘s Good Day Philadelphia since 1997 has been named as BPOP’s 2025 Person of the Year. An Emmy award winner and supporter of numerous nonprofits, Serio was inducted into the Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame in 2017.

The Class of 2025 will be inducted during the annual Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame Gala on Friday, Nov. 21, at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, hosted once again by Hall of Famers Jim Donovan and Scott Palmer. Tickets for the Gala will be available at broadcastpioneers.org beginning in September.
