Publicity/Marketing-Palooza At BMLG

Big Machine Label Group, a subsidiary of HYBE America, is bolstering its publicity and marketing departments with new additions and promotions — the action begins with Jenn Kelleher, who joins BMLG as Director, Publicity & Communications, and Sara Benz, who has been elevated to Director, Marketing.

Kelleher most recently worked 2PM Sharp as Sr. Publicist after spending more than five years at R&CPMK, and Benz joined the label as Project Manager in 2023. Prior to BMLG, Benz was on the A&R team at UMe, the catalog division of UMG.

Sarah Bertrand joins BMLG as Director, Digital Marketing, following her previous role as Manager, Digital Marketing at MCA • Ansley Neeley joins as Sr. Manager, Marketing after previously serving as Manager, Marketing & Creative at Monument Records. And there’s more: Kaitlin Mays is now Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing, arriving at BMLG from her prior role at MCA, and Taylor Perez, the newly named Manager, Digital Marketing comes to the label after three years with Warner Music Nashville.

Additional promotions include Emily Haupt, who rises from Label Operations Specialist at Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment to Manager, Marketing for BMLG, and Jenna Udell, who ascends Marketing Assistant to Manager, Audience Development. Pictured, above, (l-r): Mays, Perez, Haupt, & Udell.
