Judy Lakin Named DOS, Radio One Houston

• Radio One Houston proudly announces the appointment of Judy Lakin as Director of Sales, where she will lead the cluster’s sales strategy, cultivate new business growth, elevate client partnerships, and guide a high-performing sales team toward innovative revenue opportunities.

Lakin, a 2021 Texas Radio Hall of Fame inductee, has over three decades of experience in high-profile leadership positions, most of it spent in the Houston market, most recently as General Sales Manager for Audacy Houston. Lakin also notably spent 18 years with Cox Media Group Houston, rising to Director of Sales. More recently she was President of the Vista14 advertising agency, and was also on the company’s board. Earlier stops include Clear Channel Radio and New York Life.
