MIW Reveals Revised Board
• Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing female leadership in audio, proudly announces the addition of four new members to its Board of Directors — please welcome (left to right): Allyson Hillman, Market President for Townsquare Media Rockford, IL; Kieran Geffert, SVP/Market Manager, Audacy San Francisco; Lauren “Lo” Sessions-Barker, APD/MD/afternoon personality, Radio One’s KKBQ (93Q Country)/Houston; and Linnae Young, Chief Revenue Officer, Salem Media Group.
MIW also announced the appointment of current Board Member Randi P’Pool to the Executive Board as Secretary.
MIW Board President Sheila Kirby said, “We are thrilled to welcome Allyson, Kieran, Lauren, and Linnae to the MIW Board. Each brings a depth of experience and a commitment to service that strengthens our mission and expands our impact. Their leadership will play a meaningful role in shaping the development of future women leaders in audio. We also extend our gratitude to Lindsay Adams, Angie Balderas, and Haley Jonesfor their years of dedicated service and invaluable contributions to MIW. Their work continues to inspire the path forward.”
In addition to these four new members, the 2026 MIW Board of Directors includes Nancy Abramson, SVP, Affiliate Sales & Content, Compass Media Networks; Becky Brenner, Consulting Partner at Albright & O’Malley & Brenner Consulting; Meg Dowdy, Regional Director of Content at Townsquare Media; Lisa Fields, President of Media Staffing Network; Lori Flowers, Manager of Integrated Marketing for Urban One; Sheila Kirby, MIW Board President; Dawn Krause, VP of Finance at Midwest Communications; Maria Laing, SVP for Mr. Master; Jenna Miller, Sr. AE, Audacy; Randi P’Pool, Owner of P’Pool Media, and industry veteran Leslie Scott.
